Role Description:

• Manage multiple work streams and integrated roadmaps supporting technologies initiatives related to improving information security services and security posture
• Create, coordinate, and/or maintain project schedule to remediate activities defined by client. Actively own the plan and keep the project timeline, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables on track to ensure coordination between the activities in the plan, and the individuals and groups identified to support all aspects of effort across the enterprise. Make necessary adjustments throughout the project life cycle and communicate to the project team, sponsor, and client accordingly
• Actively identify risks and impediments to implementation activities so that impacts to the project's timeline, and/or quality are mitigated and/or minimized. Escalate appropriately to the project sponsor.
• Work to ensure projects are successfully implemented while taking into consideration a complex customized environment, constant resource constraints, accelerated timelines, and/or re-prioritization of projects
• Communicate status and provide project health to all impacted stakeholders including executive leadership
• Ensure product backlogs are maintained in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) repository
• Ensure all project related artifacts and remediation evidence if applicable is stored in ADO or relevant agile repository

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
• Previous experience with Agile Methodologies
• Exposure to projects that leverage AI technology
• Previous experience with ServiceNow
• Previous hands-on experience managing backlogs in ADO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally
• Ability to influence and build consensus across disparate groups
• Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and personal work ethic
• Prior consulting experience is strongly desired
