About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Operations Specialist to support our team in driving efficiency in sales and business operations. You will play a key role in coordinating Salesforce processes, data integrity, reporting, and administration to ensure that our team is operationally efficient and equipped to meet and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations

  • Data Quality & Management: Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits, deduplication, and data cleansing within Salesforce and client systems if needed; maintain and update CRM as needed.
  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team with tools, templates, and resources to enhance sales performance and drive client responsiveness.
  • Process Documentation & Support: Develop and maintain documentation related to Salesforce processes, workflows, and sales operations best practices. Reinforce processes with training and ongoing support to sales team members on sales processes, usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes, and implement best practices within Salesforce to improve sales hygiene, productivity and efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for sales leadership and teams.
  • Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Support the sales team in forecasting, resource requests, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data in Salesforce.

Business Operations

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, finance, operations & resource/talent management teams to align processes with business objectives and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Contract Workflow Support: Track, monitor and ensure appropriate information storage of contracts including support during existing contract review and RFP responses.
  • Key Account Administration: Work closely with industry advisors, partners, and engagement leads to support client specific administration activities related to account management.
  • Special Projects: Support Talent Management & Talent Acquisition activities on an as needed basis; provide new client onboarding support, support contracts workflow management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify advisory, solutions, and other stakeholders for input, awareness, and recommendations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Documentation of improvement opportunities and action plans, with monitoring on progress.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Sales, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations, sales support, or Salesforce administration role.
    • Proven experience working with Salesforce CRM is required.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Salesforce with knowledge of objects, fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data management.
    • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
    • Google Slides/Sheets & PowerPoint
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Familiarity with sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs.
    • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
    • Knowledge of other sales enablement or CRM tools.

$50,000 - $60,000. This base salary range is based on your actual work location and hours worked. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to role, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, as well as a deferred compensation plan.
