About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead the change management strategy for a multi-year ERP transformation initiative. This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful adoption of SAP S/4HANA, minimizing business disruption, and aligning stakeholders across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in organizational change management, communication strategies, training development, and stakeholder engagement for large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs. The Senior OCM Consultant will partner closely with program leadership, business units, and executive stakeholders to drive user adoption and enable business process changes.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute an OCM strategy and roadmap to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of the new SAP S/4HANA platform.
- Assess organizational readiness, identify change impacts, and create mitigation plans to ensure a smooth transition.
- Establish a structured change framework aligned with industry best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter’s Change Model).
Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
- Partner with executive leadership, PMO, business process owners, and IT teams to ensure alignment on change impacts and organizational needs.
- Develop and execute communication plans, including executive updates, stakeholder briefings, town halls, and digital communication channels.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, equipping them with change leadership strategies to support their teams.
Training & Enablement
- Lead the design and delivery of ERP training programs, including customized learning paths, workshops, e-learning modules, and user guides.
- Ensure end-users across all impacted departments are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for go-live and post-implementation success.
- Work with business leaders to establish a network of Change Champions who can drive engagement at all levels of the organization.
Impact Assessment & Adoption Metrics
- Define and track key change metrics (e.g., user adoption rates, training completion, sentiment analysis) to measure program success.
- Develop and implement feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to continuously improve adoption strategies.
- Provide regular readouts and recommendations to the PMO Lead and Steering Committee on change progress and risks.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) for enterprise-wide transformations, preferably ERP (SAP S/4HANA is a plus).
- Expertise in stakeholder management, communication strategies, training development, and business process change.
- Strong understanding of change frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7S, or similar methodologies).
- Experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive change adoption.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preferred certifications: Prosci Change Practitioner, PMP, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
