External Description:

We are seeking a Senior OCM Consultant to support the rollout and adoption of a new project delivery role framework at one of the world’s largest retailers. This role is part of Phase 2 of a broader PMO Strategy initiative and will be focused on helping drive awareness, alignment, and adoption across a large and distributed stakeholder base.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead development of change strategy and execution plan for rollout of the new project and program management role framework

Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the VMO, IT, and HR to align on messaging, milestones, and communications cadence

Design and deliver engagement materials including presentations, talking points, and adoption trackers

Support planning and facilitation of stakeholder sessions, roundtables, and Q&A forums

Identify risks and resistance, propose mitigation strategies, and track change readiness

Coordinate with internal communications and training teams as needed to support enablement

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in organizational change, transformation, or communications consulting

Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide change efforts in large, matrixed organizations

Strong experience in org design, talent transformation, or PMO enablement initiatives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to synthesize and tailor messaging to different audiences

Comfortable working with ambiguity and iterating based on stakeholder feedback

The salary range for this remote position is $150,000 to $175,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is benefits-eligible and includes paid time off in accordance with company policy.
