Position Title:

External Description:

We are looking for a Business Consultant to join a small, high-impact team working on Phase 2 of a PMO Strategy engagement for a Fortune 50 client. This individual will support the execution and rollout of a new project delivery role framework, helping ensure consistency, clarity, and adoption across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule stakeholder interviews and working sessions

Support survey administration and assist with synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data

Prepare and manage documentation, trackers, interview summaries, and status reports

Help turn findings into clear, actionable insights for client stakeholders

Assist with the development of slide decks and deliverables for leadership-facing updates

Collaborate with both OCM and PMO leads to support the operational rollout of the framework

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and coordination skills; detail-oriented and reliable

Excellent written communication—able to summarize interviews and survey results into cohesive narratives

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and juggling multiple workstreams

Solid data analysis and reporting skills (Excel/Sheets proficiency required)

Prior experience in consulting, business operations, project coordination, or change management support preferred

The salary range for this remote position is $100,000 to $145,000, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is benefits-eligible and includes paid time off in accordance with company policy.
