About the opportunity
Randstad Digital is partnering with a national, multi-location services organization on a high-
visibility fleet safety initiative. Our client is rolling out vehicle camera technology across their
field operations and integrating the vendor platform with core enterprise systems, including
ERP and Workday.

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support this engagement and lead the
systems integration workstream from a delivery and coordination standpoint. This is not a
hands-on technical role, it is a project leadership position focused on managing vendor
delivery, internal IT stakeholders, and enterprise integrations. You will serve as the central
point of coordination between the camera vendor, our client’s IT and business teams, and
Randstad Digital stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

What you’ll do
 Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for integrating a third-party camera platform
with enterprise systems (ERP, Workday, and related platforms)
 Own project planning, timelines, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones
 Coordinate requirements, data flows, security reviews, testing, and go-live activities
 Act as the primary liaison between the vendor, internal IT teams, ERP/HRIS
stakeholders, and operations partners
 Drive cross-functional communication, status reporting, and executive updates
 Support deployment readiness and rollout sequencing for field teams
 Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and integration challenges
 Ensure alignment across scope, timeline, and business outcomes
What we’re looking for
 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering enterprise system or SaaS
integrations
 Proven experience managing API-based integrations between third-party platforms
and ERP / HRIS systems
 Experience partnering with external vendors and internal technical teams
 Strong understanding of SDLC, UAT, and go-live processes
 Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
 Experience with ERP and/or Workday integrations is strongly preferred

Nice to have
 Exposure to fleet, IoT, telematics, or hardware-enabled platforms
 Experience supporting field operations or multi-location deployments
 PMP or equivalent certification
