Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant
Randstad Digital is seeking two Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultants to join our consulting practice in support of a large-scale Enterprise Service Management (ESM) transformation for a global, industry-leading restaurant organization.
This is a high-impact consulting engagement focused on modernizing enterprise service delivery through platform consolidation and a unified digital experience.
Engagement Overview
- Duration: ~7 months (May – November 2026) with potential for extension or conversion
- Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
- Location: Chicago, IL (West Loop) – candidates must be local
- Environment: Fast-paced, highly visible enterprise transformation
This phase of the program is focused on consolidating multiple legacy platforms (HR, Finance, and internal service portals) into a unified ServiceNow “Golden Instance”, enabling a more consistent, efficient, and user-friendly enterprise service experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Change Strategy & Impact
- Identify and assess stakeholder groups and change impacts across multiple workstreams
- Conduct current vs. future state analyses
- Develop user personas to understand sentiment, motivations, and pain points
- Identify adoption risks, blockers, and enablers
- Create a compelling change narrative aligned to broader transformation goals
- Support development and execution of an integrated change strategy
Communications & Engagement
- Design and execute stakeholder engagement strategies
- Develop communication plans and key messaging aligned to the overall program narrative
- Create communication deliverables and materials
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across workstreams
Training & Enablement
- Conduct and refine Training Needs Assessments (TNA)
- Define role-based learning strategies and delivery approaches
- Develop training materials (job aids, quick reference guides, etc.)
- Support enablement efforts to drive user readiness
Readiness & Adoption
- Define and track adoption and readiness metrics
- Conduct readiness assessments and surveys
- Develop tools and collateral to support adoption
- Monitor and report on change progress and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 7+ years of Organizational Change Management experience within large, complex organizations
- Proven experience supporting enterprise technology transformations (ServiceNow strongly preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience working across cross-functional and global teams
- Ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in a consulting environment
- Certification in Prosci or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) is required
Preferred
- Experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Background in Enterprise Service Management (ESM) or shared services transformations
- Exposure to training development and enablement
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to connect change efforts to business outcomes
- Experience working in large, consumer-facing or franchise-based organizations
