About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, highly organized Cybersecurity PMO & Reporting Specialist to support the Program Lead on a global cybersecurity transformation initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex programs, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, maintaining clear reporting, and helping leadership stay informed on progress, risks, blockers, and decisions needed.

This is not a hands-on cybersecurity engineering role, and deep technical cybersecurity expertise is not required. However, you should be comfortable working within a cybersecurity program environment and able to understand core concepts, terminology, project goals, and control-related updates well enough to support reporting, coordination, and stakeholder follow-up.

The immediate priority for this role will be day-to-day coordination, Smartsheet reporting, roll-up reporting, dashboard maintenance, stakeholder follow-up, and project visibility across a large number of international markets.

About the Client

Our client is a globally recognized leader in the Quick Service Restaurant industry with an extensive international market presence. This role will support a Cybersecurity Transformation Program focused on standardizing and elevating cybersecurity posture across international markets.

The program includes tracking cybersecurity controls, remediation progress, market readiness, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions across multiple markets and stakeholder groups.

A Day in the Life: What You’ll Do

Program Coordination & Follow-Up:
Support day-to-day project coordination across multiple markets, workstreams, and stakeholders. Track open items, follow up on updates, document next steps, and help ensure work continues moving forward.

Smartsheet Reporting & Dashboarding:
Develop, maintain, and update Smartsheet-based trackers, reports, dashboards, and roll-up views. Help ensure reporting is accurate, current, and useful for both working teams and leadership.

Market-Level Roll-Up Reporting:
Support reporting across a large number of international markets, including tracking cybersecurity controls, status, owners, blockers, due dates, risks, decisions, and progress against milestones.

RAID / Action Item Tracking:
Maintain centralized tracking for risks, actions, issues, decisions, dependencies, and follow-ups. Ensure items have clear owners, due dates, status, and escalation paths.

Executive Reporting Support:
Help prepare concise, leadership-ready updates that summarize progress, blockers, risks, key decisions, and next steps. Support the Program Lead in turning detailed project data into clear reporting for executive audiences.

Meeting & Workstream Support:
Support workstream syncs, status meetings, and governance discussions by preparing agendas, capturing notes, documenting action items, and following up with stakeholders after meetings.

Stakeholder Coordination:
Work with program leads, market contacts, technical teams, and business stakeholders across different time zones to gather updates, validate status, and maintain alignment.

Your Qualifications

  • 3–6+ years of project coordination, PMO, project management, reporting, or consulting support experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Smartsheet, including maintaining project plans, building reports/dashboards, tracking action items, and supporting roll-up reporting.
  • Comfortable working with project data, metrics, dashboards, status reporting, and leadership updates.
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to keep stakeholders accountable without direct authority.
  • Experience supporting complex programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to synthesize detailed updates into clear, concise reporting for leadership.
  • Comfortable working in a cybersecurity, IT, risk, compliance, or technology environment.
  • Ability to understand cybersecurity terminology, goals, and control-related updates at a project coordination/reporting level.

It Would Be Great if You Also Had

  • Experience supporting cybersecurity, risk, compliance, IAM, email security, or technology transformation programs.
  • Experience tracking controls, remediation activities, market readiness, or risk-related workstreams.
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, or PMO-related certifications.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar reporting/project tools.
  • Experience coordinating across global teams or multiple time zones.
