Overview:

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a strategic Talent Optimization & Workforce Readiness initiative supporting our client. This program is designed to future-proof workforce skills, enhance career progression, and develop scalable upskilling and reskilling programs to drive long-term productivity.

The Program Manager will oversee a cross-functional team of two Learning Strategy Consultants and one Business Analyst, and knowledge management team (consisting of 3 PODS- 3 Business Analysts + 3 Data Analysts + 6 Content Writers) ensuring seamless collaboration, strategic execution, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Oversight & Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of the Talent Optimization & Workforce Readiness initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives, cost-effectiveness, and value realization.
  • Change Management Strategy Oversight: responsible for the oversight of the change management strategy, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with program goals.
  • Training Strategy & Development: Partner with Learning Strategy Consultants to design, develop, and deliver customized training programs and workshops aligned with workforce needs and business goals.
  • Skills & Competency Assessment: Leverage existing skill gap assessments and industry best practices to refine and refresh team competencies.
  • Workforce Readiness & Career Progression: Design a scalable approach for upskilling and reskilling to prepare teams for future roles and technological advancements.
  • Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business leaders, IT teams, HR, and training experts, ensuring alignment across functions.
  • Team Leadership & Coordination: Manage and support a team of 3, ensuring the Learning Strategy Consultants can focus on program content creation and delivery while the Business Analyst drives data analysis and reporting.
  • Technology & Agile Execution: Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and execution, ensuring Agile methodologies and Scrum principles guide program success.
  • Risk Management & Compliance: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure all training initiatives comply with internal policies and industry regulations.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Work with the Business Analyst to track program effectiveness, measure ROI, and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Leverage Randstad Digital & Risesmart Expertise: Tap into existing training and knowledge management programs to enhance learning outcomes and drive workforce transformation.

Team Structure & Responsibilities:

  • Program Manager (You): Lead and oversee the initiative, manage stakeholder engagement, ensure execution, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • 2 Learning Strategy Consultants: Develop and deliver customized training programs and workshops, aligning them with business objectives and workforce needs.
  • 1 Business Analysts: Analyze skill gap data, workforce readiness trends, and training effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement, and perform any other tasks as directed by the program manager.
  • 3 Business Analysts (Knowledge Management Pods): Operational support and daily guidance as needed from the Program Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in banking, workforce transformation, or talent development.
  • Strong expertise in training program design, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.
  • Experience managing small cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Agile methodologies, and Scrum principles.
  • Familiarity with Learning & Development.
  • Strong risk management and compliance expertise.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive program success.

Preferred Certifications:

  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Agilist certification.
  • Certifications in L&D, talent development, or Agile coaching (e.g., Certified Talent Development Professional - CTDP).
